Winter Sleigh Rides

Ah . . . a sleigh ride. I am not sure there is anything quite like an authentic sleigh ride. The snow. The quiet of the woods. The gentle glide of the sleigh within the trees. The Jingle of bells. The steam rising off the horses on a cold day. Wrapped up in down blankets with the ones you love.

Our trail is a mile and a half long and the ride is about 30 minutes long. The sleigh can accommodate 4 adults comfortably or 2 adults and 3 children.

Winter Sleigh Ride Rates

Non-Holiday Rates:

$50 per adult; $20 per child (4-12 years old)

Holiday Rates
(December 22-31, January 17-19 and February 14-22)

$60 per adult; $26 per child (4-12 years old)

Minimum charge of two adults
Children 3 and under ride free

Summer / Fall Carriage Rides

In the summer and fall, we offer a leisurely carriage ride through our woodland. Come and enjoy watching the towering trees that surround you go by, as the horses take you away.

The carriage is exceptionally comfortable and has an easy entry. It holds 4 adults, and 2 lap-sized children or 2 adults and 3 children. We provide blankets if necessary to keep you comfy.

Rides are about 30 minutes long.

If you are interested, I offer a commentary about Maple Sugaring as we ride, or we can chat about anything under the sun (literally!). We can also have a quiet, meditative ride if that is your wish.

A complimentary maple syrup tasting is included with all carriage rides.

Sugar House Tour Option (Summer and Fall Only)

In addition to the carriage ride, we offer a stop at our sugar house along the trail for a 15 minute tour. I will walk you through the steps and you can see the equipment that turns sap into Maple Syrup, so you will have a good understanding of the entire process. We have upgraded our evaporator in the summer of 2025. We have installed a state of the art Turbo Force 5! It may look like it will take you to the moon, but it instead creates the delightful treasure of real maple syrup. There is an additional charge for the tour, but the package will be close to an hour on the farm. Sweet!
